Beijing Huizeren Volunteering Center has been training nonprofit leaders and volunteers in China for 9 years. To make bigger impact, we not only use our staffs as the trainer, but also train others who want to become trainers. These trainees will learn the ability to become a trainer in an intensive 3-day training including interactive teaching, experiential teaching, group projects etc. In the future, they will become Pro Bono volunteers and give back by more training nonprofit leaders and volunteers. The Train the Trainer (TTT) course has always been our signature course and this year we decide to offer this course on Pro Bono Week to celebrate this global event and inspire these future Pro Bonoers.
Participants: 4 Pro Bono volunteers as trainers, estimated 20 trainees
