Many organisations and volunteer managers fail to leverage volunteer engagement to its fullest potential. One reason for this failure is the ability to design volunteer programs which affects the volunteer engagement in later stages.

iVolunteer has hence designed the workshops in 7 cities – Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Delhi. The objective of the workshop is to enable program managers, volunteer leaders and those responsible for volunteer engagement in any capacity to gain a better understanding of volunteer program design.

By the end of the workshops, the participants will:

• Have a good understanding of basic concepts of volunteering
• Be able to appreciate the potential role that volunteers can play in their respective organisations
• Be introduced to different models of skill based volunteering
