Georgia's Pro Bono Network meeting and workshop

On November 7th, Pro Bono Network Georgia’s annual meeting will be organized by the Center for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia. The meeting will be held as part of global pro bono week. The aim of the meeting is to summarize annual work of pro bono network Georgia, discussion of the future plans of the network and workshop for the member companies of the network.

“Pro Bono Network Georgia is an informal union of Georgian and international companies operating in Georgia that are willing to use their expertise and professional resources for the benefit of the society and contribute to sustainable development of the country, by providing pro bono services to nonprofits”.

The agenda of the meeting is following:

  • Presentation of pro bono cases and marathon held in 2018;
  • Overview of European Pro Bono Summit;
  • Discussion of management and administrative issues of Pro Bono Network Georgia;
  • Official welcome ceremony of new members of Pro Bono Network Georgia;
  • Workshop for participants on linking pro bono with SDGs.

The event is organized by Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG) within the “Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative”. The initiative is implemented by the coalition of 4 Georgian CSOs, led by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry of Economic Development and Cooperation.
