On 27th of October, within the frames of Global Pro Bono Week, “Pro Bono Marathon” will be held in Tbilisi, organized by the Centre for Strategic Research and Development of Georgia (CSRDG).
This one-day Pro Bono Marathon will pair highly-skilled employees of one of the leading banks of the country, Bank of Georgia (BOG) with Georgian nonprofit organizations. During eight hours 15 employees of Bank of Georgia (BOG) will provide pro bono consultations to 7 civil society organizations (CSOs) to provide solution to more than 40 current problems of beneficiary nonprofits. Main themes of consultations are: legal issues, human resource management, marketing, public relations (PR), social media management, web design, etc.
The aim of the event is to encourage business companies to involve in pro bono projects and help nonprofit organizations to maintain sustainability and better serve their target groups.
The Marathon is held within the frames of “Georgian Civil Society Sustainability Initiative, implemented by the coalition of 4 Georgian CSOs, led by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), co-funded by the European Union and the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation.
