Stephen Phillips, Head of Charities at Burness Paull will give an insightful review on current trends in the sector and an update on themes to be aware of. He will also highlight potential areas of risk and actions trustees can take to avoid them.

He will be joined by Emma Soanes, Chief Executive at Unity-Enterprise in Glasgow who will give us the benefit of her experience of re-shaping the Unity board. The challenges involved and tips as to the positive impact trustees can make to an organisation in terms of overall governance providing foresight, oversight and insight.
