LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact is a leading venture philanthropy organization that is focused on scaling the most effective interventions to reach Canada’s vulnerable populations. Since our founding over five years ago, we have mobilized the private sector to grow the impact of four organizations in our scaling portfolio and 10 organization in our accelerator in partnership with Google.org.

We, our board, advisors and sector partners, The Boston Consulting Group, McCarthy Tétrault, EY, H+K Strategies and The Offord Group, deliver transformative hands-on support to scale impact across Canada. We were founded by a team of experienced private sector leaders, Kilian Berz, Sam Duboc, Joe Manget and Helen Burstyn, who are motivated to apply their business acumen to achieve positive change across Canada.
