SEA – Social Entrepreneurs Agency is a multisectoral cooperative created by a collective of social entrepreneurs in 2007. SEA corporate object is the development and implementation of social entrepreneurship projects that contribute to the sustainability at social, economic, cultural and environmental levels in order to generate local and integrated development. Opted by the legal form of cooperative because it intended to create a social enterprise. But because that legal form doesn’t exist in Portugal, cooperative was the one that came closest to the model we desired at first. Aims to create innovative solutions and high social impact in a logic of Social and Solidarity Economy, currently has a team of 12 people and operates through local action for integration into the labor market, either through (re) integration (employment), the setting up own business (entrepreneurship) or training (training and other actions). Also act in the field of consulting and research in national and international projects.

We are implemented in different territories through our network of offices (Fábrica do Empreendedor), located in Adroana (Alcabideche), Marvila (Lisboa), Santa Maria Maior (Lisboa) and Agualva-Cacém.

Since 2008, developing projects that promote economic integration of local communities and individuals. This integration is about creating income-generating activities through individual capacity building and by developing entrepreneurship competences for the labour market based on Personal Brandind Methodology or by generating new social businesses that contribute to the creation of a new job, all our services are free.
